Yes! Guests may bring snacks and drinks (including alcohol) onboard. Please avoid glass and help keep the bus tidy.

Yes—private tours can be tailored to your group, including your preferred breweries/distillery, timing, and custom pickup/drop-off.

Yes—these tours are popular and often sell out, especially on weekends. Booking early ensures your group’s spot.

No—this is a 21+ tour. All guests must bring a valid photo ID for entry and tastings.

A valid 21+ ID is required for all tastings. Bring a phone or camera for photos, plus a card/cash if you’d like to purchase extra drinks or bottles of spirits/beer to take home.

We finalize the lineup of breweries and distillery the week of your tour to ensure the best guest experience. Your guide will share the full stop list when you check in.

The tour includes 3 total stops — typically 2 breweries and 1 distillery. Expect beer flights featuring KC’s most popular craft styles, plus spirits such as bourbon, vodka, gin, or seasonal cocktails at the distillery.

Yes! In addition to the included samples, you’ll have the chance to order full pours at the breweries and cocktails at the distillery.

Some brewery partners have kitchens or food trucks on site. While food is not guaranteed at every stop, you may bring your own snacks on the bus.

Yes—most breweries sell cans, growlers, or bottles, and distilleries often sell bottles of their house spirits. Just note that open containers cannot be taken off the bus.

Public tours meet and return at Made in KC – 325 E 31st St, Kansas City, MO 64108 (Martini Corner). Look for the Barley Bus in the lot next to the store.

This tour lasts around 3 hours, with time to enjoy tastings at each stop.

Public tours run on set weekend schedules, starting from Made in KC. Private tours (15+ guests) can run any day of the week with full customization, including pickup/drop-off from your location for an added fee.

Public tours: Cancel 72+ hours in advance for store credit; no refunds within 72 hours. Private tours: A $200 deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 30 days before the tour and becomes non-refundable at that time.

If a tour doesn’t reach the minimum required, we’ll reschedule you, switch you to another tour, or issue a full refund.

Yes—tours operate in all weather unless conditions are unsafe. In that case, we’ll reschedule or issue credit.

Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows.

Please note: All public tours require a minimum number of guests to run. While most tours meet this minimum with no issue, in the rare event that we don’t reach it, we’ll contact you at least 24 hours in advance with options, which may include rescheduling, transferring to another tour, or a full refund.
