Yes! Guests are encouraged to take photos of landmarks and sights along the way. Some even claim to have caught paranormal “orbs” in their pictures.

It’s primarily a bus tour, but there may be brief stops for photos at select historic or haunted locations, depending on the night’s route.

The tour lasts about 1.5 hours depending on traffic.

Public tours: Run on select evenings (especially weekends and fall season), with a set itinerary and starting point. Private tours: Available year-round for groups (10+), with customizable pickup and flexibility in stops or themes.

Public tours: Cancel 72+ hours in advance for store credit; no refunds within 72 hours. Private tours: A $200 deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 30 days prior to your tour and becomes non-refundable at that time.

If the tour doesn’t meet minimum attendance, we’ll offer to reschedule, move you to another tour, or provide a full refund.

Yes—tours operate regardless of weather unless conditions are unsafe. In that rare case, we’ll reschedule or issue credit.

While most tours meet this minimum with no issue, in the rare event that we don’t reach it, we’ll contact you at least 24 hours in advance with options, which may include rescheduling, transferring to another tour, or a full refund.
