Your ticket includes round-trip transportation on a luxury mini-coach, a professional guide, and visits to 3 hand-picked Kansas City area wineries. At each stop, you’ll enjoy wine tastings (red, white, rosé, or seasonal blends), plus time to relax, shop, and enjoy the scenery.
Yes—guests are welcome to bring snacks and drinks (including alcohol) on the bus. Please avoid glass containers and keep the bus clean.
Yes—private tours can be fully customized, from winery choices to timing, with custom pickup/drop-off starting at $50 each way within downtown KC.
Yes—winery tours are among our most popular tours and often sell out weeks in advance, especially on weekends. Booking early is highly recommended.
No—this is a 21+ tour. All guests must bring a valid ID for entry and tastings at wineries.
Bring a valid 21+ ID, comfortable shoes (as some wineries may have outdoor grounds to explore), and cash/card if you’d like to purchase extra wine, bottles, or snacks. A cooler for wine purchases is also recommended.
Stops are chosen from our trusted partner wineries and are finalized the week of your tour. Your guide will confirm the exact itinerary at check-in.
The KC Winery Tour visits 3 wineries, each offering a curated tasting flight. You’ll sample a variety of wines—dry reds, crisp whites, rosés, and seasonal specialties.
Each winery typically provides a flight of 4–6 wines, offering a mix of styles so you can compare and discover new favorites.
Yes—guests can buy full glasses, bottles, and often cases of wine. Many wineries also sell cheese, chocolates, or snacks to pair with tastings.
Some winery stops offer charcuterie boards, cheese plates, or light snacks that pair beautifully with their wines. Availability varies by location.

Yes—most wineries sell branded wine glasses, apparel, and local gifts in addition to their wine bottles.
Yes—most wineries sell bottles to-go, and many guests bring coolers to store their purchases safely during the ride.
Public tours meet and return at Made in KC – 325 E 31st St, Kansas City, MO 64108 (Martini Corner). Look for the Barley Bus in the lot next to the store.
The Winery Tour lasts about 3 hours, with time to enjoy tastings at each stop.
Public tours: Weekend departures, fixed meeting point, shared with other wine lovers. Private tours: Fully customizable, available daily for groups (15+), with custom pickup/drop-off options.
Public tours: Cancel 72+ hours in advance for store credit; no refunds within 72 hours. Private tours: A $200 deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 30 days before the tour and becomes non-refundable at that time.
If a tour doesn’t reach the required minimum, we’ll reschedule, move you to another tour, or issue a full refund.
Yes—tours operate regardless of weather unless unsafe conditions arise. In that case, we will reschedule or issue credit.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Guests requirements

Please note: All public tours require a minimum number of guests to run. While most tours meet this minimum with no issue, in the rare event that we don’t reach it, we’ll contact you at least 24 hours in advance with options, which may include rescheduling, transferring to another tour, or a full refund.
