Yes—snacks and drinks (including alcohol) are welcome onboard. Please avoid glass containers and clean up after yourself.
Yes—private tours are fully customizable, including your choice of stops and timing, with custom pickup/drop-off available starting at $50 each way.
Yes—this is one of our most popular combination tours and often sells out on weekends. Booking early is highly recommended.
No—this is a 21+ tour. All guests must bring a valid ID for entry and tastings.
Bring a valid 21+ ID, comfortable shoes, and cash/card if you’d like to purchase additional drinks, bottles of wine, beer, or spirits to take home. A small cooler is recommended for purchases.
Stops are chosen from trusted partner breweries, wineries, and distilleries and finalized the week of your tour. Your guide will share the lineup at check-in.
The tour makes 3 total stops: usually 1 brewery, 1 winery, and 1 distillery. Expect craft beer flights, wine tastings (reds, whites, rosés), and a spirits flight or cocktail at the distillery.
Each stop typically provides a flight of 4–6 samples, giving you a generous range of flavors.
Distillery tastings may include bourbon, whiskey, vodka, gin, or rum. Some locations also serve seasonal cocktails or specialty liqueurs.
Yes—many distilleries feature handcrafted cocktails that highlight their house spirits. These can be purchased in addition to included samples.
Yes—breweries, wineries, and distilleries all sell products to-go. Beer (cans, growlers), wine (bottles, cases), and spirits (full bottles, sometimes limited editions) are available. Many guests bring coolers for storage.
Some brewery and winery partners have kitchens, food trucks, or snack options. Food availability varies, so you may also bring your own snacks on the bus.
Yes—most wineries feature patios, vineyard views, or scenic grounds, making them a perfect place to relax with your tasting.
Yes—most sell branded wine glasses, accessories, apparel, and other gifts in addition to their bottles.
Public tours begin and return at Made in KC – 325 E 31st St, Kansas City, MO 64108 (Martini Corner). Look for the Barley Bus in the lot next to the store.
This tour lasts about 3 hours, with enough time to enjoy tastings at each stop.
Public tours: Run on weekends with a set route and shared guest experience. Private tours: Available daily for groups (15+), with fully customizable stops and custom pickup/drop-off.
Public tours: Cancel 72+ hours in advance for store credit; no refunds within 72 hours. Private tours: A $200 deposit is required and is non-refundable. The balance is due 30 days before the tour and becomes non-refundable at that time.
If the tour doesn’t meet minimum attendance, you’ll be offered to reschedule, move to another tour, or receive a full refund.
Yes—tours operate regardless of weather unless conditions are unsafe. In that case, we’ll reschedule or issue credit.
Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows.

Guests requirements

Please note: All public tours require a minimum number of guests to run. While most tours meet this minimum with no issue, in the rare event that we don’t reach it, we’ll contact you at least 24 hours in advance with options, which may include rescheduling, transferring to another tour, or a full refund.
